FOPS Cabin guards

Echle manufactures FOPS approved and standard-compliant cab guards in its own factory in Germany.

Today’s regulations also require safe conditions for the driver on the job site and the FOPS cab guard / safety net is one of the most important protective detail. The cab guard is to protect against falling objects and impacts to the cabin.

The basic principle of the cabin is always the same, but different models have their own features.

Guard E4

A low cabin guard that comes only 40mm above the original cabin roof. The safety net can be slid down if you want better visibility if it is not needed at work. The retractable net also allows for easier cleaning of the glass.

Retractable

A traditional and very popular cabin guard, where the net folds over the cabin if the net is not needed.

Hinged

A hinged cabin guard where the net folds up to make it easy to clean the glass. This model can also be hinged so that the secure net folds to the side.

Polycarbonate

A cabin guard without steel bars, with polycarbonate glass for protection against flying objects and a protective structure for protection against falling objects. If you are interested in this, please contact us. We have many different options for safety glasses.
