Tilting lifts

There are several stands and station solutions designed for car dismantling. Some models have only a lifting feature and some can turn the car to a different angle to make working easier.

CDR RC holds the car in place when it is being dismantled with an excavator

The CDR RC model is available with or without a turning circle. The stand is designed to hold the car in place when the excavator is dismantling different parts of the car. The car can be turned to a different position using a remote control directly from the machine cabin. The car is easy to disassemble into parts, because the stand presses the car tightly against the stand.

The stand’s movements are hydraulic and the power unit is placed further away.

Automatic lifting

The Iris-Mec Srl product range includes stands / lifts designed for different purposes. The lifts are designed for quick and easy dismantling of the car. All devices are very durable and maintenance-free.

Fixed installation or own stand

Various models of car unloading stands are available, either with their own stand equipped with forklift pockets or permanently bolted to the floor. The stands can be equipped with various accessories from the Iris-Mec product range. Often the complete set includes a stand and drying equipment.
