Electromagnets 230V, 12V ja 24V
Electromagnets are common lifting and sorting devices in metal recycling. An electromagnet always also requires a magnet generator, which is often integrated into the machine.
ESM series 220/110V
ESM series magnets are traditional round electromagnets intended for scrap handling. They require a magnet generator that must be installed in the operating machine and are available in 110 and 220 V versions. ESM is the lightest model, characterized by a less robust structure and limited power.
ESP series 220/110V
ESP series magnets are round scrap magnets with a better lifting capacity than ESM series magnets. Due to their larger structure, they also stand out due to their greater mechanical resistance and higher operating weight.
HT series electromagnets designed for use with high-temperature ferrous materials.
ESP series 220/110V
The ESH series includes the strongest and most powerful electromagnets with the most durable mechanical structure and the highest magnetic power.
ESB series 12/24V DC
The ESB series electromagnets are especially recommended for installation in small self-propelled machines or truck cranes due to their low voltage power supply (12 or 24 VDC) and light weight. They can be very effective despite their low voltage, especially with materials such as chips and steel sheets. Their properties make them particularly suitable for cleaning work.
The use of these electromagnets requires a control panel to be installed on the driving machine. In addition to the chain version, the ESB electromagnets are also available in the following versions: HEH version: the electromagnet has a flat top plate for quick coupling TH version: in addition to the plate, the electromagnet has side teeth for moving material on the ground.
