Drying cars is a legal step in recycling and collecting different liquids in containers of different sizes can be difficult. The Iris-Mec collection offers solutions for all the challenges to be solved.

The collection covers a wide range of different and different sized drying devices. However, all basic principles work in pneumatic suction and tank transfer.

Depollution station assemblies are made by combining customized devices. Due to their size, suitable for car unloading, the drying devices can be easily placed anywhere. Everyone can find their own favorite for their needs.

Data tracking

Iris-Mec has developed the KPL system, which allows us to track and collect information about the liquids that have been in vehicles based on weight.
The KPL system registers the car with a barcode and the sucked liquids are weighed by the device before being transferred to the tanks.

Fuel suction

Iris-Mec has designed efficient drill-style lances for fuel suction, which suck the tank cleanly empty. If the drill makes it difficult to work upwards, or to save muscles, there is a PFT model where the drill is on a stand.

There are models with separate drills for diesel and petrol, but the devices also have a changeover valve that allows you to use the same drill to choose whether diesel or petrol is fed into the tank. Certain models also include a glass sampling container (7l capacity), which allows you to identify dirty fuel. In these models, dirty fuel can be fed into its own container.

A separate channel for all liquids

In cars, different liquids must be sorted according to recycling regulations. Iris-Mec devices always have suction lines for engine oil, coolant, windscreen washer fluid, brake oil and transmission oil, and a suction nozzle designed for all lines, which allows for easy drying.
