Vehicle depollution is a legal step in recycling and it is important to collect different liquids in separate containers correctly. The Iris-Mec range offers simple solutions for all these measures.

The range covers a wide range of different sized depollution devices. However, the basic principle of all of them is pneumatics in suction and transfer to the tank.

Oils and liquids into their own tanks

In vehicles, different liquids must be sorted into their own tanks in accordance with recycling regulations. Iris-Mec devices always have suction lines for engine oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid, brake oil and transmission oil. A separate suction nozzle has been designed for all different liquids, which makes it easy to dry the vehicle.

ISE, ISK and ISM systems are the simplest liquid suction devices that do not include a fuel suction system. However, these can be combined with PFT product range, which focus on fuel suction. The combined equipment uses the type name ISQ.

For the needs of heavy equipment, Iris-Mec has designed the IST system, with slightly more efficient pumps and suction tools optimized for heavy equipment.

All suction systems can also be connected to Iris-Mec-manufactured lifts or unloading stands.
