RockZone Rocksorter Screening bucket

Rock.Zone RockSorter – a screening bucket for tough use! Previously known as the “MultaVex Vibra”, the bucket is now the RockSorter.

A simple and reliable mechanism, where a patented camshaft moves arches in the bottom of the bucket up and down, creating a vibrating movement for the material at the bottom of the bucket. Rods pass through the arches, which can rotate freely and the bucket cannot clog.

The screening size can be adjusted by adding or removing rods. The bucket can also be equipped with elements or nets that can be used to screen the piece size more accurately. Installing and replacing elements and nets is a quick and easy procedure.

The bucket is cost-effective to use and does not require a high oil flow. The bucket is also relatively maintenance-free.

The Rocksorter screening bucket is versatile for different materials and demanding materials, such as demolition concrete, can be processed effectively with this bucket.

The bucket is a good choice for feeding crusher, allowing fines to be screened out at an early stage.

The bucket is available with and without teeth.
