HS-5000 – EXCAVATOR VACUUM CLEANER

Hydraram HS-5000 excavator vacuum cleaner is designed to collect insulation and light fractions from demolition sites.

The vacuum cleaner rotates a turbine using the excavator’s hydraulics, which produces suction power while crushing the material into a finer form. Suction and blowing simultaneously move the material to the collection basket, which can be emptied from below through a hydraulic hatch.

The collection basket has filter fabrics that prevent dust and allow air to flow in a controlled manner. The outer shell of the basket is made of steel mesh, which acts as a filter for the device.

The HS-5000 has been developed and is now also available with a cyclone instead of the basket, making it easy to vacuum wet material.

The suction power is constant and designed to collect light materials from heavy ones. The device can also be called density separator. Heavier materials such as concrete and wood do not flow into the line, so the final cleaning of construction sites is really cost-effective with this unique excavator vacuum cleaner.

The HS-5000 weighs approximately 1500kg and the recommended machine size is +25tn. The relatively large vacuum cleaner looks and feels a bit stiff to use at first, but in practice it is a very efficient and practical device.
